Abstract The estimation of the Intensity–Duration–Frequency (IDF) relation is often necessary for planning and design various hydraulic structures storms. It has been an increasingly greater challenge due to climate change conditions. This paper therefore proposes integrated extreme rainfall modeling software package (SDExtreme) constructing IDF relations at a local site in context change. proposed tool based on temporal downscaling method describe relationships between daily sub-daily precipitation using scale-invariance General Extreme Value (GEV) distribution. In addition, SDExtreme provides modified bootstrap technique determine confidence intervals (CIs) estimated curves current future feasibility accuracy were assessed data available from selected rain gauge stations Quebec Ontario provinces (Canada) simulations under three different scenarios provided by Canadian Earth System Model (CanESM2) Regional Climate (CanRCM4).
